It works with hex or decimal color codes and even generates random colors. We use this tool a LOT. It runs especially fast on Netscape 3, even on an old, slow computer. 4Hexillion Color Combos is Forever Free Software licensed under the GNU General Public License of the Free Foftware Foundation.
